What happens the first time I type !ign?
You’ll get a prompt to type !ign YourName. Once you’ve saved it, typing !ign shows IGN: YourName.
Do viewers need to sign in here?
No. Viewers register, update, and share their names directly in Twitch chat. Only streamers need the website to connect and manage their channel.
How do I add this to my channel?
Open channel setup and continue with your Twitch broadcaster account. Your dashboard is created automatically. Enable the registry, then copy the supplied commands into StreamElements. No developer account or API keys needed.
Will my name work in other channels?
Yes, in every channel that has enabled Soul2Stream. Your name stays linked to your Twitch account, even if you change your Twitch username.
Can I change or remove my name?
Type !ign NewName to update it, or !ignpurge to remove it from the shared registry. Recent command replies expire after ten minutes.
Is Soul2Stream an official Soulframe service?
No. It’s an independent community project created by Folly. Names are self-reported; Soul2Stream never asks for your Soulframe password or verifies game-account ownership.
